Stefan M. Werdegar founded Career Sharma in 2015 to help others on a large scale achieve their career goals, as well as to help them become the best leaders possible. Stefan is a seasoned sales and marketing professional with over 16 years of experience in the healthcare and technology industries. He spent the majority of his career with multi-national companies such as Eclipsys (now Allscripts), Siemens Healthcare and Unisys Corporation. In 2011, Stefan followed his passion to help others grow their careers, and to help organizations find the right leaders by entering into retained executive search with a nationally known retained search firm. He has successfully placed C-suite, VP and director-level talent throughout the U.S, while developing a robust executive network in the areas of healthcare, healthcare IT and technology (outside of healthcare). Stefan is actively involved in executive search today, which provides insights and trends for Career Sharma and his personal career coaching work.
