Stefan M. Werdegar founded Career Sharma through his passion for helping organizations find the right leaders as an executive search consultant, and his desire to help individuals succeed in their career journey. His main focus is on the individual and helping them become better leaders and achieving their career goals.
Today Stefan is a successful healthcare and IT executive search consultant who has successfully placed C-suite, VP and Director-Level talent in organizations within IT and healthcare. Prior to his career in search he held several successful roles in business development and account management in the IT and healthcare IT industry. He is a highly sought after speaker on topics ranging from hiring, career development, to leadership development at industry association conferences at both the national and regional level. He has also taught career development classes at both St. Edward’s University and the University of Texas at Austin.
Stefan brings a unique perspective to this website and to those he works with. As a practicing retained search executive he is keenly aware of what hiring executives are looking for in top leadership talent and where the career opportunities lie in the market. Through consulting with numerous organizations he has his finger on the pulse of what is needed to succeed as a leader in the industry.
